PREAMBLE

  1. These general terms and conditions of sale are agreed between Susana Maria Leite de Almeida , located at Rua Dr. Pedro Augusto Ferreira nº 61 4º1, 4200-440 Porto, VAT number 207862290, e-mail: almusbrand@gmail.com, owner of the website https://almusbrand.com, hereinafter referred to as “ALMuS Brand”, and the individuals wishing to make purchases through the said website, hereinafter referred to as the “User”.

  2. The parties agree that purchases made through the Online Store will be governed exclusively by this agreement, excluding any previously available conditions on the website.


ARTICLE 1. PURPOSE

  1. These general terms and conditions of sale aim to provide and define all the necessary information for the User regarding order placement, purchase, payment, and delivery of purchases made on the website.

  2. These conditions regulate all the steps required to place an order and ensure the tracking of this order between the Contracting Parties.


ARTICLE 2. ORDERING AND INVOICING

  1. The User places an order by completing the purchase process on the website, adding the desired item(s) to the shopping cart.

  2. To complete the order, the User must:

a) Register on the website by providing the requested information.

b) Log in using the email and password chosen during registration.

c) Fill in the requested details, such as delivery address, shipping method, payment method, and, if required, the name and VAT number for invoicing purposes.

  1. The final order confirmation implies full acceptance of the prices and product descriptions, as well as of these Terms and Conditions, which are the only ones applicable to the concluded contract.

  2. All items are subject to stock availability, as they are handcrafted in small quantities. If an item is out of stock, the User will be informed as soon as possible.

  3. The User is solely responsible for the data provided for invoicing. Once issued, invoices cannot be altered.

  4. Order requests are valid for two working days. If payment is not received within this period, the order will be automatically canceled.


ARTICLE 3. PAYMENT

  1. The following payment methods are available:

a) Bank transfer – a proof of payment must be sent by email. The order will be processed once payment is confirmed.

b) Credit Card, Multibanco, and MB Way – payments are securely processed by third-party providers such Getnet.

  1. Orders will only be prepared and shipped after payment has been confirmed.


ARTICLE 4. PRICES

  1. All prices are stated in Euros (€) and include VAT at the applicable rate.

  2. In the event of a clear pricing or product description error, the User will be contacted and may choose to confirm or cancel the order.

  3. If promotions or campaigns are available, their duration, applicable items, and conditions will be clearly stated.


ARTICLE 5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  1. Orders are shipped via CTT, courier, or a similar delivery service.

  2. Shipping is free for orders over 60€ within mainland Portugal.

  3. Shipping is free for orders over 120€ in other coutries of Europe.
  4. The ALMuS brand ships internationally. For international deliveries outside of Europe, users must contact the store in advance to receive a shipping quote.


ARTICLE 6. COMPLAINTS

The User may submit complaints through the Online Complaints Book available on the website or use Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanisms, as indicated in the “Dispute Resolution” section.


ARTICLE 7. CANCELLATION, EXCHANGES, AND RETURNS

  1. Users may cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt, provided the items have not been used, are in their original condition, with original packaging and labels.

  2. Custom or made-to-order products are non-returnable unless faulty.

  3. To exchange an item, the User must return it and place a new order.

  4. Return costs are the responsibility of the User unless the error is attributable to ALMuS Brand.

  5. If an item is faulty or the wrong item was sent, return shipping costs will be covered by the store.

  6. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, preferably using the same payment method.


ARTICLE 8. PRIVACY POLICY

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the applicable data protection laws and the Privacy Policy available on the website. Users have the right to access, rectify, or delete their data by contacting the store using the contact details provided in the Preamble.
